Versions
Version 4.2.0
- Improved the Feeding Plan History window with:
- Visualization of the plan and currently selected tanks (in the Tanks and Doses tabs).
- By default, the Dosage table shows the entire feeding plan.
- A new button allows toggling between all doses in the plan and only the doses of the selected tank.
- Added in Configuration, the possibility to apply the default parameters of tanks to all existing ones in a single click. This is done individually for each data type (feeding, distribution, conversion, species, surface) in the same way as it was previously allowed with temperature. The species selection automatically selects the most recent batch.
- Added in Configuration, the Default Tank Status option, which includes a button to apply this value to all existing tanks.
Version 4.1.0
- Added the possibility to manually specify the “feeding priority” of each tank. This affects the order of the feeding plan executed by the machine: it is ordered by time (as before), for coinciding hours it is sorted by priority, and failing that, by hose number.
Version 4.0.0
- Restructured the feeding history, reducing disk space usage, increasing traceability accuracy, and improving access performance.
- New visualization of the historical data in three steps (faithful to the new internal structure): feeding plan generated, tank data at the moment the plan was created and sent, and detail of each feeding dose per tank and plan. The previous historical display grouped by natural day is maintained, with relevant adjustments to the new structure.
- Updated feeding reports to align with the structural changes in historical storage.
- Updated the feeding plan submission process: thanks to the new structure, tank data necessary for traceability are stored at the moment the plan is created and sent (instead of during the reading), generating a feeding plan entry in the history at that moment, which is marked as ‘not processed,’ and is subsequently updated during the process of reading the plan executed by the machine (when it is marked as ‘processed’ and result details are stored). This new order incorporates new verifications, allowing for more control, accuracy, and problem detection.
- Updated “Planning” interface with the new instructions for the submission process: now there is ‘save plan sent’ and ‘save plan read’ instead of a single save button for history.
- The historical dose detail now stores the calculated shot time.
- Renamed “pools” as “tanks.”
- Support for recording oxygen, pH, and turbidity levels for each tank.
- Support for the “Oxywifi” sensor for automatic reading of temperature, pH, and oxygen.
- New SCADA interface, which allows viewing the machine’s status from a single place, indicating:
- Active alerts and alarms.
- Current temperature, oxygen, pH, and turbidity levels.
- Feeding plan in progress showing the current and next dose.
- Silo status.
- Times and errors of the last automatic update and the time of the next scheduled update.
- Air pressure levels (or blowing speed, depending on the type of machine).
- Reviewed multiple error messages to make them more descriptive.
- Interface improvements with new iconography, keypad reorganization in Configuration, and other minor details.
- Support for a new type of machine (‘Large’) with a higher feeding capacity per dose, and consequently, a larger number.
Version 3.4.0
- Added a new report: Feed Consumption Forecast. It allows, based on the feeding plan for each machine, to predict how much feed will be supplied the next day, how much will be supplied by the next morning, and displays data separately by silos/fish ponds.
- The Feeding History window now presents the information in a more tabular format, allowing comparisons with filtered searches by date, export to Excel, and the total sum of all feeds. This avoids the problem of manual calculations by customers, displaying per line of data instead of totals at the bottom of the reports.
- Deletion of unreferenced historical data entries: a default value was introduced in the Fish Name column (the only mandatory one in each row) to avoid deleting entire lines for not having a name entered.
Version 3.3.0
- Limited the execution of the program to a single instance, to avoid conflicts when editing data simultaneously.
- Added the possibility of deleting data referenced in the historical record, including distribution, conversion, and feeding models, as well as feed, species, and tanks.
Version 3.2.0
- Added a Feed report by Fish Pond and Day.
Version 3.1.0
- Added quick editing of fish ponds in the Summary view.
- Added the Feed Lot report.
- Adjusted texts referring to fish species and fish pond lots for greater clarity.
Version 3.0.7 - 3.0.14
- The manual sending of the feeding plan is no longer sent immediately but scheduled to be sent at the time of the first shot. This ensures that any existing planning finishes executing before the new plan is applied.
- Specifying a type of feed and feed lot is now optional, which avoids problems in history if this information had not been previously specified.
Version 3.0.0
- Database engine changed from SQL-Server to SQLite. This reduces the total installation requirements and simplifies the database installation process.
- Improved user management: unlimited users, three roles (administrator, administrator, and user) with separate password management.
- Improved shot time calculation, allowing more precise feeding plans.
- Increased the number of silos from 12, configurable to adapt to each installation.
- Automatic machine synchronization with local automation to minimize possible adjustment errors due to silo variable numbers.
- Integrated feed type and feed lot management and registration.
- Historical data and report updates to reflect the new existing information (new silos, feed types, and feed lots).
Version 2.7.1
- Improved thread control during feeding plan reading.
- Automatic renewal of the feeding plan at the system time when there is a significant change, frequently due to clock adjustments, time zone changes, or daylight saving time transitions.
Version 2.6.0
- Integrated reports into the main application.
- Implemented new capabilities to visualize reports including calculation routines and a new visualization format.
- The Fish Ponds window allows visualizing the forecast for each feeding plan.
- The Summary window exports its data to Excel, filtered by machine.
- Automated time synchronization: for each feeding plan sent to an automation system, the times are synchronized with a one-minute margin.
- Machine status control: before sending a feeding plan, it is verified whether the machine is in error and will not send the plan if so. Initially, only alarm-type errors were checked, but now any error is included.
- Log files are generated for each automatic event, including process times and errors. These logs are stored in the Data directory using the format Year-Month-Day (files created automatically by the month).
- Changed the ‘totals’ mode in reports, improving performance.
- Lot and historical tracking: If “feeding=0,” the feed lot is saved as “_data=0” in historical data for better automation tracking.
- The machine parameter configuration window now saves data automatically when “send to automation” is used, avoiding confusion and oversights.
- The application startup verifies necessary database files before functioning, requesting administrator startup if needed.
- The Fish Ponds window: hose pairs in the distribution model are now locked if they are marked as ‘paired,’ preventing display errors in the corresponding plan information, especially when viewing feeding plan forecasts.
Version 2.5.0
- Added support for working with multiple machines simultaneously.
